Return Policies

General conditions

Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive your purchase. No refund or exchange will be accepted after this deadline. In any case you have to respect the following eligible conditions and we will advise to which warehouse send your item back and how to proceed.

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong product and we cannot solve the issue, we will pay for return shipping cost and your purchase.

Eligible item:

• Your item must be in the original packaging (same condition that you have received it).
• You have to send a picture of the item, an explanation of the situation and your receipt or order number at [email protected].

Not eligible item:

• Any item not in its original condition, damaged or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving.

Refund method

The refund of the purchase cost will be in your original payment method and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3 to 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange you purchase for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] with a picture of the item and an explanation of the situation. We will advise to which warehouse send it back and how to proceed.
